Networking requires commitment. BNI Shoreline is comprised of members who are sincerely committed to helping one another through networking and referrals. They are a team.

BNI provides a positive, supportive, and structured environment for the development and exchange of quality business referrals by helping you build personal relationships with other qualified business professionals.

We all know that whatever we did to get us where we are today isn’t enough to keep us there.

BNI Mission

To help members increase their business through a structured, positive and professional referral marketing program that enables them to develop long-term, meaningful relationships with quality business professionals.

Who is BNI & What does BNI do?

With over 270,000 members in 9,400-plus chapters worldwide, BNI is the world’s leading referral organization. In 2019 alone, BNI member referrals have generated $16.2 billion USD in revenue for our member businesses. Through weekly meetings and exclusive resources, BNI helps you build a strong network that fuels professional growth.

Our Core Values

BNI is built on a set of guiding principles which form the foundation on which members interact, conduct themselves and fulfill their goals.

1. Givers Gain

Givers Gain is the underlying philosophy of BNI. We exemplify that by giving business to others; you will get business in return

2. Lifelong Learning

We believe in the continuous improvement of personal and professional skills. BNI provides a variety of opportunities to support lifelong learning.

3. Traditions + Innovation

Tradition in an organization tells us where we come from and lays the foundation of who we are, but we must always be looking for ways to innovate.

4. Positive Attitude

BNI provides an environment that enables you to surround yourself with people who want to help you succeed.

5. Building Relationships

Networking is more about farming connections with new contacts than hunting for them. People want to do business with people they know and trust. It’s about cultivating those relationships.

6. Accountability

If you want to have a powerful personal network, you must have accountability. Otherwise, it becomes a social group.

7. Recognition

It’s important to recognize those who are contributing.

The universe is made of stories, not atoms.

The Educational Moment

10 special presentations during the onset of the 2020 Pandemic

In the wake of the Pandemic, Mike’s insightful and proactive “talks” have been particularly relevant.

Click here to download a compilation of ten of his weekly presentations during the onset of the Pandemic — January 28th to April 7th. Each is condensed to a one-page handout with strategies and assumptions to inspire, motivate and challenge … in short, ideas worth sharing!

BNI’s Core Value & Proven Strategy for Success
